From product to order.
Product pages
Photos, descriptions and prices, arranged for browsing on a phone. With Start, I upload up to 30 products; we agree the catalog structure before work begins.
Cart and payment
I set up the cart, checkout and card payments using the agreed provider. Your business supplies the payment account; provider fees and any paid licences are listed separately in the quote.
Running the store
WordPress Start lets you manage products and orders yourself. With Custom, I handle the agreed updates; a management panel is an optional extra. Shipping rates and rules are agreed before launch.

I work exclusively with companies and sole traders, on projects for their business. Not registered for VAT. VAT is not added to the displayed prices.
Payment: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Already have hosting for Start? If it's up to date, I install the site there and take its cost off the price.
Before we start
What about the domain, hosting and renewals?
Start includes hosting for the first year. The domain, hosting for Custom and any paid licences are itemised in the written quote, along with renewal costs. You know the recurring costs before work starts.
What does site management cover after launch?
The included period is one month with Start or three with Custom. I handle the agreed content changes and check that the site works. The quote defines the number of interventions and the optional monthly fee afterwards. New pages, features and redesigns are quoted separately.
Who provides the texts, photos and logo?
Before starting, we list the pages, features and materials needed. You send the texts, images and logo you already have. If you need copywriting or visual identity, we include that work separately in the quote.

A short call or video chat about your business, who it's for, and when you need the site.

Proposal
You get the scope, the deadline and the price in writing. Work starts after the deposit.

Design & build
I send you the site in progress on a test link, so you can check it on your phone and tell me what to change.

Launch
The site goes live on your domain, and I look after it for free at first: one month on Start, three on Custom.
Before we start.
Do you use WooCommerce or build from scratch?
Start uses WordPress and WooCommerce with my own template adapted to your brand. Custom has shop pages designed from scratch. The quote confirms the technical solution and whether an admin panel is included.
How long does a store take?
Start has an indicative timeline of about 14 days. We confirm the deadline in writing after reviewing the catalog, product materials and payment access. Custom gets a schedule based on the agreed scope.
Who supplies the product information?
You provide product names, descriptions, prices and photos you have the right to use. We agree the categories and any product variants before uploading. Additional product uploads and copywriting can be quoted separately.
What costs continue after launch?
Start includes the first year of hosting. The written quote lists domain fees, hosting renewals, any licences and payment-provider fees. Store management is free for the first month with Start and the first three with Custom; ongoing management is agreed separately.
