This site belongs to Ramon Bugariu. It collects as little as possible — here is exactly what, and why.
What I collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, the services you're interested in, your budget range and your message. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Why
To reply to your message and, if we decide to work together, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who else handles it
Messages from the form are delivered to me by email through Web3Forms (web3forms.com). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
How long
I keep an inquiry as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any record-keeping the law requires. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use — write to me through the contact form or on LinkedIn. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
